Packages that have been Sent but not Signed completely can be edited and managed from the Inbox.
Clicking on a Package in the Online eSign Inbox opens the Package’s details.
- Remind: Resends original email to all Recipients that have not yet signed their documents.
- Download: Downloads all documents in Package in a zipped folder.
- Edit: Reopens the documents in the Designer. This action requires that the entire Package be resent to all Recipients.
Signing
- When a Recipient has completed their assigned fields in a Package, a green "Complete" will appear above the contact details.
- A red "Pending" indicates the recipient has not yet signed the documents.
Authentication
A blue lock symbol indicates the recipient has been locked out of the package due to failing the authentication challenge (SMS code, Q&A or KBA) after three attempts. They will not be able to complete the signing unti lthey have been unlocked.
Clicking the blue lock icon will allow the sender to unlock the recipient. Click Yes to confirm and
an email will be sent to the recipient.
Reminders
To send a reminder to a specific Recipient, click the blue envelope below the contact details.
Or to send a reminder all Recipients, use the in the top menu.
Making Changes to the Package Details or Documents
Selecting from the top menu opens the the Package Details for editing. Clicking Next will open the documents in the Designer, where any necessary changes can be made before selecting Send to Sign. Note: When a Package is edited, it must be Sent to all Recipients again.
