Installations that have been enabled to use Workflow to facilitate both Desktop eSign and Online eSign signatures to execute packages will display an additional column in Desktop eSign to define the number of remote signers on the package. (Figure 1). 

 A second dialog box will open to complete the fields needed for the Online eSign Package (Figure 2).

Once the Desktop eSign package has been signed, clicking Complete will prompt the Workflow Item to continue configuring the package for remote signatures. 

 

Select “Open” to open the Workflow Item and continue to the Online eSign Designer.

 

Note:  Selecting “Close” will close the package.  It will be available in the Workflow Inbox, the Online eSign Inbox and can be found using Desktop eSign Package Search.

Once the package is opened in Online eSign, any additional information, documents or signers can be configured before clicking “Send to Sign.”  (For more information on options when creating an Online eSign package, see this Article.)
