How to Download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package Needed for Desktop eSign and eReceipt

This article may be helpful if you are receiving errors relating to Desktop eSign and eReceipt.

For customers using v11.1 of Identifi, you will want to ensure that Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable is installed on your workstations. To check, navigate to Control Panel and select Programs and Features.

Step 1: If you find that you do not have the 2013 version of Microsoft Visual C++ installed, you will want to use the below link to download and install it on your workstation.

Note: It is recommended that you download the x86 option as that seems to be more compatible with most environments’ vs the x64 version.

Step 2: Reboot your PC and relaunch the eSign or eReceipt client.
