Follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1
In Control Panel, uninstall the following items in this order:
Step 2
Delete the Identifi Scan Machine-wide installer folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Identifi
Step 3
Check the following paths and delete the following folders:
- C:\Users\username\AppData\Local (delete the IdentifiScan folder)
- C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\iDentifi.Net (delete the iDentifi.Scan folder)
Step 4
Reinstall the Scan Client. (See this article for instructions.)
