If, when using the Scan Client, the following error is received:
Follow the steps outlined below:
- Close the Scan Client on the scanning workstation.
- Rename the C:\ProgramData\iDentifi.Scan folder to iDentifi.Scan.OLD.
Note: This folder can become corrupted if there is an unexpected termination of the Scan client, such as a power outage, or a restart/shutdown while the Scan client was running. - Restart the Scan client.
Note: After renaming the folder, launching the Scan client will recreate this folder. We recommend a rename rather than a delete to preserve any data that may need to be recovered from the Batches subfolder.
