PT-11955 COLD Docs Archived in 24.1 have bad page offsets and highlighting

Upgrade Notes:

1. If upgrading from 11.4 Uplink to 24.1, you need to uninstall 11.4 first and then install 24.1. Same applies if you are using the VDI installers, you must uninstall the 11.4 client and installed 24.1. (This will be fixed in an upcoming hotfix)
   
   
2. 24.1 is our first Cloud Native version of Identifi. This version was specifically architected to run in the cloud and cannot be installed and run on premise.
   
   
3. Client machines must have Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2013 Redistributables(v 12.0.40649.5 or above) in order for eSign or eReceipt to function properly.
   
   
4. If you have client machines which are also running the MS Teams system wide installer or any other piece of software that uses a Squirrel Machine Wide installer you may encounter issues when a new user logs onto that machine and multiple Machine Wide Installers are trying to installer their own software at once. You can contact our support team to see if there are some workarounds we can implement to help.
   
   
5. For all Uplink users, please ensure that your Multi-Function scanners are scanning at a minimum of 300 DPI otherwise you may experience issues with the barcode reading
