Clearing out stuck batches is handled in File Explorer (C:\ProgramData\iDentifi.Scan\Bataches) and in the Scan Client transfer status.
- From the desktop, open the desk tray icons. If there is a yellow error sign on the Scan Transfer Status, this is a good indicator that there are stuck batches. Double-click and open.
- Select each document individually and click 'Cancel Selected Batch'. This will clear these batches from the queue.
Reprocessing batches

Open file explorer and navigate to the following path: C:\ProgramData\iDentifi.Scan\Batches.
This is where you will find the folders for those stuck batches. Again, any batch that is sitting in this folder and has not automatically moved into the Transferred batches folder is considered "stuck." Delete those batch folders.
- Make sure the scan client is not running (close in task manager if it is).
- Try processing a new batch.
