Users and Groups are managed under the People Menu.
DELETING OR DEACTIVATING USERS:
From the main menu, select Setup, then People and click Users.
The list of all Users will be presented along with a menu at the top of the page.
From the menu on the right, click either "Show All" or "Show Active" to display a full list of Users. The "Search" bar can also be used to search for a specific User on the system.
- Select the User(s) to be Deleted or Deactivated
- Click either the Delete or Deactivate button from the menu bar
Deactivating a User removes their permissions within the system while maintaining their status as a User on the system. The "Active" column displays a check mark for active users; deactivated Users do not have a check mark in this column.
Deleting a User removes them from the system entirely. This is not reversible, and so a prompt is displayed to ensure Users are not deleted in error.
