In the event than an incorrect document has satisfied an Exception, the document should be marked as an Invalid Match, to allow Tracking to continue looking for the required document.
When viewing the Requirements, select the pencil icon to the right of the document that may have the invalid match.
Under the Documents tab, use the eye icon to the left to open the found document in a new tab. If the document is not the correct document for the Exception, check the Invalid Match box and then click Save.
A Note may be helpful to add under the Notes tab
Once the match has been marked as Invalid, the requirement will show as an Exception once again and Tracking will resume looking for the document.
