How to Perform a Data Search

Performing a Data Search is very similar to searching for Documents in Identifi.

 Data is organized by Entities, with some common Entity Types being Customer, Accounts and Vendors.  By entering an entity item or type into the search field, users can select the term they are searching for from the Suggestion Grid that appears.

 Many different types of terms can be used, like numbers, dates or names, but common ones are account numbers, customer or business names and identification numbers.
