Document Tracking searches are performed through Data Search. See the article on using Data Search for more details on that process.
With Document Tracking, the most common search term will be Exception.
This search can then be narrowed by related user, account or customer identification number or any other searchable attributes associated with the entities.
When Exception is not included in the search terms, the results may include both pink shaded items and white items, indicating they have no missing documents.
