Add a logo to a Workflow Form using a Custom Content Field.
Before beginning, make sure a logo can be referenced via an http address. Example: https://identifi.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/identifi_logo_color.svg
Open the Form in the Form Designer by:
Selecting Design under the Plan's Actions
Clicking the Forms tab in the Plan Designer
Then selecting Edit next to the Form on which the logo will be added.
*If it's a brand new form, simply select Add Form at the top of the screen.
Click inside the Group where the Logo will appear so that the Add Field drop down menu becomes available in the right side bar. Select Custom Content.
An empty field will appear on the Form on the left and the tools to edit its content will appear in the right side bar. Click the Insert/edit image icon in the toolbar
Enter the image location address in the Source field.
Any resizing dimensions can be entered here or the image can be manually resized after clicking OK.
