The Identifi Uplink client will need to be manually upgraded, unlike the Desktop eSign, Scan and eReceipt clients that auto-upgrade.
To begin, the upgrade must be performed from the machine that is currently running the Uplink application.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Integra Business Systems. Copy the iDentifi.Uplink folder to another location so you’ll have it in case there is an issue with the Upgrade.
- In Identifi, click on Setup/System/Installation(s) and the Display Name of your Installation.
- Click on the Installers tab and then the Download button next to Uplink
- Unzip the iDentifi.Uplink.zip folder
- Right click on iDentifi.Uplink.exe and select Run as administrator
- Select Next twice leaving all the defaults and click Install.
- Click on Finish to complete the installation.
- Reboot the machine. Once the server is back online Uplink is ready for use.
